We sell physical clothing items (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies). Some products may be offered as pre-order items.
4. Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
A contract is concluded once the order confirmation is sent to the customer.
6. Payment
Payments are processed via EveryPay (LHV), including Estonian bank links and supported payment methods.
7. Delivery
Orders are delivered within the European Union via parcel machines (Omniva, DPD, SmartPost, Unisend).
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.
Pre-order items may have longer delivery times, which are indicated on the product page.
Customers outside the EU may request delivery by contacting us directly at info@harvik.eu.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returned items must be:
- unused
- unwashed
- in original condition
- with tags attached
The customer pays for the return shipping.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges (e.g., size changes) are possible; the customer pays for shipping costs.
10. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving returned goods.
11. Defective Goods
Customers have the right to file claims within 2 years. For defective items, return costs are covered by the seller.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are liable only as required by applicable law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, please contact the seller first. If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority for out-of-court resolution of the dispute.
