SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 2–5 business days within the EU (with selected parcel machines). Otherwise, if the package is sent by other means (slow mail) and e.g., to Southern Europe, shipping may take longer.
Pre-order items may take longer.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Customers in countries not served by selected parcel machines (Omniva, DPD, SmartPost, Unisend) and customers outside the EU may request other delivery methods by contacting us directly at info@harvik.eu.
Returns:
- 14-day return right
- Customer pays return shipping
- Items must be unused and with tags
Exchanges (e.g., size changes) are possible; the customer pays for shipping costs.
